As Co-Founder and COO of Patriot Property Buyer, Steve focuses on the day-to-day operations — managing the team, sourcing and evaluating deals, and guiding homeowners and investors through each step of the process. He thrives on problem-solving and works closely with people to create solutions tailored to their unique situations.

Steve’s approach is straightforward: he listens first, seeks to understand, and then works tirelessly to find the best path forward. Whether it’s a residential property or a commercial opportunity, his goal is always to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Outside of real estate, Steve has a lifelong passion for sports and competition. His background in boxing, basketball, and martial arts taught him discipline, perseverance, and the value of teamwork — traits that carry over into how he runs the business and builds lasting relationships.
